If the size or color of the item you ordered is not to your liking, you can always exchange it within 14 days of receipt (if available). The application should always be announced via email (email@example.com) in advance and should include a clear description of the item you want in return. Once your application has been confirmed by us, you can send the items back to us. The costs of the return shipment will be for the customer, the costs of the new shipment will be for BiNKi.
Note: The articles should be unused, unworn and unwashed.
Returns that do not meet the above will not be considered.

If you are not satisfied with your order we request you to inform us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org. We will look for a suiting solution to serve you the best way possible. If you decide that you would not like to purchase the item after receiving it, it is possible to return it to BiNKi at your own costs within 14 days. We request you to inform us via email (email@example.com). A return delivery should have sufficient stamps on it. We advise you to ship a return with a track & trace code, to avoid any misunderstandings between sender and receiver. BiNKi has the right to refuse a returned product if it has been used, washed or damaged. If the return is received in good order, BiNKi will reimburse the purchase value within 30 days.
