- You can have a look at our products in our webshop. You can select a product by categorie or directly;
- When you have chosen your preferred item, you can easily select the right size, color and number of items you wish to order. Then click the “add to shopping cart” button;
- On the “my shopping cart” page you see your selected articles. Then choose to continue shopping, or if you are ready to purchase, click the “order” button;
- When you enter the order process you can add a discount code, if you have one;
- Next you will have to add, or check, the billing address and the delivery address, if this is different form the billing address;
- In the last step you can choose between the payment options.
If your order is successful, you should receive an order confirmation via the e-mail address provided by you at the checkout page. If not, please contact us and we can assist. You can see all order information in “my account”. From your account dashboard you can view your recent orders, manage your shipping and billing addresses and edit your password and account details.
We will ship your order within 2 working days of receiving your full order. After that the transport company is responsible for timely delivery. If you have an urgent request, please let us know and we will look into the possibilities.
We refer to PostNL or DHL for average delivery times (DPD for Belgium and Germany). Unfortunately we cannot influence the exact time of delivery. We send the track & trace number of your order via email. Please note that the track & trace system does not work in all countries that we deliver to.

Please be aware that we also have local resellers in more and more places around the world. You can buy our clothes with them or have them ship to you locally.
